Katya’s ANIWELL cares 24/7 for your Pets and Livestock while you are busy or absent from your home or property. We are experienced with all kinds of Animals and Katya is a certified Canine & Equine Rehabilitation Practitioner - accredited by the German Association for Animal-Naturopathy & -Physiotherapy (reg. Assoc.) and specialised in caring for anxious, injured or older animals. She is also an experienced Stablehand.

We are available for 2-24 h/ 7 days Live-in Pet Sitting, Horses and Small-Farm Tending, providing outstanding customised professional care for your Animal(s) in their own territory. We offer overnight or multiple hour visits with exceptional one on one attention and tailored Dog-Walking/ Exercising! Your Animal(s) will not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time or less if required.

NEW: Katya's ANIWELL offers limited spots for DOG-BOARDING & DOGGY DAY-CARE to 3 small or 2 medium sized dog/s in Katja's house with a well sized fenced yard. We are close to Welshpool & Perth Airport with Tomato Lake and several other parks nearby.

We are a family based business and mature, considerate, discrete and experienced House Sitters. We pay attention to detail of cleanliness and safety and we are confident and competent with high-end property care-taking and maintenance (pool, reticulation systems etc.). We will e-mail updates and photos of your Pet to you while you are away or schedule Skype appointments with you. Insurance, Contactable References and Police Clearance can be provided on demand. We are non-smokers! With our inherent German thoroughness, you will come home to a house in pristine condition with happy and content animals. 

Horses and Small Farms can benefit from our services, too. Do you need a helping hand on your Hobby-Farm or a break from your Menagerie? Katya's ANIWELL comes to stay so you can go away! Katya is an experienced stable hand and gets support from her tradesmen Co-Sitters.

Katya's ANIWELL Special Needs Animal Minding offers caring supervision for sick, injured or disabled Animals and in special cases Manual Therapies (depends on availability).

Katya's deep knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and training-plans enables her to get your beloved Dog his walks or even targeted fitness- and rehabilitation-training sessions, cuddles and fun included. We also supervise and care for Special Needs Animals: Anxiety Issues, Blindness, Epilepsy, Senior Animals, Three-legged Dogs, Post Surgery Care, Attending Sick Animals.

Treatment includes:

• APPLICATION OF ORAL OR TOPICAL PRESCRIPTIONS

• REPLACEMENT OF WOUND DRESSINGS

Our Animal Friends love their familiar surroundings and we would come to your house to exercise or supervise and feed/ clean up after them according to your specifications. Katya's ANIWELL 24/7 Perth Pet Sitters are confident in oral and topical application of medications and grooming procedures for various species. Behavioural training regimes can be maintained as well. We care for your Dog(s) individually and only walk dogs that get along: for example yours and your neighbour’s (max. 3 at a time). Katya's ANIWELL 24/7 Perth Pet Sitters operates within Greater Perth including Mandurah, Hills and Hinterland/Avon Region, and into the Southwest. Farm Sittings in Southwest WA are available from 7+ days in 2019!
